Explore Guadeloupe through our tailor-made circuits, designed by Chris and his team from Baie-Mahault. Each itinerary is crafted to combine the contrasts of the archipelago: the white sand beaches of Grande-Terre, the tropical forest and waterfalls of Basse-Terre around Soufrière, the preserved islets of the Saintes and Marie-Galante, plus Creole cuisine and agricultural rum. Whether you're traveling with family, as a couple, or with friends, our circuits adapt to your pace. From a week-long discovery stay to a grand tour of the archipelago over two to three weeks, find the itinerary that suits you with a local English-speaking agency.

How to choose your circuit in Guadeloupe?

The key question is how many islands you want to include. In one week, you can cover Grande-Terre and Basse-Terre with a day trip to Les Saintes or Marie-Galante. To add La Désirade, two or three nights in Marie-Galante and proper hiking time in the National Park, you'll need to plan for 8 to 12 days. Our most comprehensive itineraries over around ten days let you mix ferry travel, rental cars and nights with local hosts at a comfortable pace.

Different circuit types

We design three main families of itineraries. Beaches and islands circuits for those wanting to hop between Petite-Terre, Les Saintes and the beaches of Sainte-Anne or Gosier. Nature circuits focused on La Soufrière, Carbet Falls and crossing the tropical rainforest of Basse-Terre. And finally Creole gastronomy and art of living circuits, featuring visits to agricultural rum distilleries in Marie-Galante and meetings with cocoa and vanilla producers.

What's the best season?

The dry season, locally called carême, runs from December to April, with temperatures between 24 and 30°C and sea around 26°C. It's the most stable period for hiking and diving. From July to October, it's the wet season, or hivernage, hotter and rainier, with a real cyclone risk in August and September. May, June and November offer a good compromise, with fewer crowds and softer rates.
